Dried timbers choosen
for making wooden windows are laminated in special wood
lamination presses in a way that their fiber structure
is placed reverse to each other,
so they don't split from one another in the future.
Special PVA D4 glues which is durable to moisture
and heat is used in this process of lamination. The
lamination process is practised by pressing three layers
onto each other (reverse to streak, even to streak,
reverse to streak) to obtain the
preliminary material for
woodwork profiles.
